Yet, only comprehensive quality management can guarantee certainty for clients and patients. Our QM system accompanies our products from their conception to their delivery to clients, with clearly determined methods, processes and documentation. Our employees are therefore constantly involved with quality issues. They are trained and understand how things interrelate.
