Oertli Instrumente AG wins the SVC Entrepreneur's Award East Switzerland 2010

Oertli Instruments wins the fourth SVC Entrepreneur’s Award East Switzerland at the awards ceremony in the Olma halls in St. Gallen - attended by about 1000 visitors.

The SVC Entrepreneur's Award of the Swiss Venture Club (SVC) rewards regional enterprises for lasting economic success in seven economic areas in Switzerland. Awarded for the first time in the east of Switzerland in 2002, it has established itself as one of the most important economic awards in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Jury president Franziska Tschudi justified the choice by citing the outstanding position of the world's largest independent provider in the market as a quality and technology leader: "Oertli Instrumente AG is a small enterprise with global reputation. As the number four on the world market, Oertli is the only alternative to the big players."

Chairman of the board Andreas Bosshard was pleased with the public recognition of his team's performance: "This is an award you cannot win on your own. All employees have contributed to it just as much as many other small and medium-sized businesses which have been reliable partners to us for many years. The award is the result of a long term orientated success, the preservation of independence and the creation of added value for customers and the market. The award is recognition for upholding these values."
