2-pump system: With Peristaltic and SPEEP, the Faros anterior combines two pump systems in one device. The unique SPEEP pump adds independent control of flow and vacuum, providing full aspiration control in free-flow and under occlusion*.

Infusion systems: The Faros anterior is equipped with gravity-controlled passive infusion and an electric pole drive.

Phacoemulsification: The easyPhaco technology is developed for safe and efficient phacoemulsification. It is characterised by direct fragment followability, strong holdability and a stable anterior chamber4.

Multifunction pedal: With linear and dual-linear control, the multifunction pedal of the Faros anterior can be tailored to your preferred way of working. Up to 50 user profiles can be stored and accessed instantly.

Instrument table: The optional 40 × 30 cm instrument table can be positioned as required and folded to the side when not in use.

Anterior vitrectomy: Thanks to its built-in air compressor, the Faros anterior is instantly ready for anterior vitrectomy. No external air supply is required. The pneumatically driven Continuous Flow Cutter enables efficient work with up to 2400 cpm.
