Advanced technology for enhanced visual outcomes
During this year's APAO Congress 2023 in Kuala Lumpur, we hosted an exclusive KOL dinner together with Rayner. The event gave us the opportunity to invite and secure numerous experts in the field of ophthalmology as speakers and also attendees.
Dr. Setiyo Budi Riyanto took us on a journey through his experiences with the OS 4 and explained to us why he uses the SPEEP pump. His insights were extremely interesting and gave a valuable insight into the potential applications of this the SPEEP pump and how to work with the OS 4.
Furthermore, Dr. Sanjita Sharma deepened the understanding of diabetic vitrectomy by providing practical examples from her everyday work through surgical videos. These insights will help you to deepen the understanding of this diabetic vitrectomy.

About the speakers
Dr Sanjita Sharma
Dr. Sanjita Sharma is working as a Consultant Vitreo retina and Cataract surgeon at Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology in Nepal. She has completed her Residency in Nepal and Fellowship in Vitreo Retina in Nepal and USA. She is associated as an Assistant professor in the Institute where Ophthalmology residents and fellows training is conducted. She has been serving the vitreo retina department for last 12 years. She is passionate about surgery and patient care. Apart from clinical work, she has various publications on different research conducted. She loves doing community work through community screening and surgical camps for Cataract nationally and internationally.
Dr Setiyo Budi Riyanto
Dr Setiyo Budi Riyanto holds a position as Director of Jakarta Eye Centre at Kedoya and the Head of Cataract and Refractive Surgery Service at JEC. He is also a Surgeon Consultant for Cataract and Refractive Surgery at JEC Eye Hospital. He graduated with General Medical Doctor from Medical Faculty, University of Indonesia in 1988. Then, he took ophthalmology major from the same place in 1999. To widen his skills and knowledge, he then joined fellowships in Cataract and Refractive Surgery at Medical Faculty, University of Indonesia in 2002. He believes that working as an ophthalmologist means that he has to provide people with better windows to see the world.
