Two types available

Two types available: The compact Faros is optionally available as a device for the anterior segment or as a combined system for both the anterior and posterior segments.

2-pump system

2-pump system: With Peristaltic and SPEEP, the Faros combines two pump systems in one device. The unique SPEEP pump adds independent control of flow and vacuum, providing full aspiration control in free-flow and under occlusion^*.

Phacoemulsification: The easyPhaco technology is developed for safe and efficient phacoemulsification. It is characterised by direct fragment followability, strong holdability and a stable anterior chamber.

Two types, one goal: efficient injection and extraction
The silicone application sets enable rapid injection and extraction of silicone oil. Two types of visco cannula are available for trocar-based application: the universal cannula and the snap-lock cannula.
Active Infusion
With the Faros anterior/posterior configuration, active infusion can be used for phacoemulsification.
