The OS 4 Up is an ophthalmic surgery platform for cataract and vitreoretinal surgery. It combines a 3 pump system with innovations such as PACS and Dynamic Infusion to support different surgical requirements within one platform.

Dynamic infusion uses a continuously adjusted air supply to create dynamic infusion pressure and compensate for intraocular pressure changes. This allows IOP settings near physiological levels while supporting stability within the eye. It can be used in both anterior and posterior segment surgery^*.

The OS 4 Up is ready for use in under 30 seconds and supports an efficient surgical workflow. Key workflow features include a 17 inch control panel, a clearly structured user interface, and a wireless multifunction pedal with three control modes and over 100 pedal assignments^*.
